This casino is notorious for slow paying any winnings, they always say is due to "technical issues", well it has happened to me twice in 2 months now, first was July 09, and now August 09, it takes them weeks or now over a month to payout. This casino is highly ranked but do not get a false sense of security they WILL NOT pay you very fast.and when they do, the fees are enormous.I cashed out 1k and got $830 nearly 4 weeks later, still waiting for this check, today makes 12 biz days
and they say it can take 2-3 more weeks! BEWARE

This casino other than asking for winnings is very exciting with larger than normal random jackpots, I have been playing for over a year and am a VIP player, its ashame they bite the hand that feeds them. if you are looking for a casino that is fun and exciting than this is it, just hope you never win anything cause you may not see it for over a month.

my opinion on rushmore casino is that it no more than another ordinary (although not rouge like some) rtg casino that is definatly nothing special in comparison with some of the other rtg casinos who are far more superior in every area. other than their signup bonus (which considering it isnt even cashable doesnt make it anything special) they severly lack in the way of promotions. i have never heard of them offering any player a free chip ever for any reason which realy leads you to wonder about customner appreciation here. i dont think rushmore is a bad casino i just think they are a normal middle of the road rtg casino. i would not recomend this casino to any of my friends. they offer the standard rtg games and do offer quite a few payment options. their customer service is polite but personaly i dxid not find it as fast as other rtg casinos i frequently play at. in conclusion, i DO NOT have a negative opinion of this casino i just dont feel it deserves any rave reviews or anything as i think they dont stand out in any one area more than any other non-rouge rtg casino.

Rushmore Casino is one of the Rtg casinos which are 100% fair and their customer service is really one of the best. they offer like their sister sites cherry red and slotsoasis a huge 400% welcome bonus for slots. for me as a slots player i played in all rushmore because this welcome bonus is really the best.

after your welcome bonus there are always promotions running on the weekend and during the week at rushmore. the customer service at the rushmore group is as i said one of the best, if not the best. they are always available, helpful and professional.

They offer hundreds of games as they use the fast rtg software.

The banking in the casino is hihly secured. and if you are able to withdraw they pay really fast unlike some other rtg casinos.

alltogether if you like the rtg software you should make rushmore and its sister casinos your choice!

you wont be disappointed in any case by them and their bonus wagering rules are quite fair too!
