Casino Club player review: Used to be the best - few issues lately

I have been a customer of casino club for a very long time. This is THE place to be, when you love to play online roulette. The software is just perfect. I am a VIP player and offered promotions very frequently - however bonuses used to be much better a year ago. I had only a few issues with Casino Club myself, which were all sorted out by support, however expect to wait a few days for a reply even if you write the VIP manager. Phone support is better, but I got the feeling that waiting times have drastically decreased since I am a VIP player (priority line?). Unfortunately, there have been several reports in online forums, where players had problems to get their withdrawals for reasons like fake accounts, bot use etc. - however some of them turned out to be honest players. This is something I do not like...!

Casino Club does offer great Support.
They are always fast to answer any E-Mail I sent them,
and always help with whatever I need help with.
The games are just super and the Lobby is awesome.
Deposit and Withdraw is real fast and secure too.
I love playing at Casino Club!!!
