This is very good and reputable casino, which I was happy to play in. I was tempted by their Sign Up Bonus (I usually take them all), so I registered and deposited via MoneyBookers. The deposit was instant, and my bonus was credited to me almost instantly too :) Good work! And they have Russian language interface!
While I was playing with their games, I was quite dissapointed by software. All games (I prefer slots) were very slow and sometimes "freezed" for 5-10 seconds. It was very annoying, and even perfect graphics couldnt help to raise my impression. But when I logged in next day - all was OK! No glitches! Maybe, they were experiencing technical problems or so.
It was pretty hard to clear 40xbonus WR (I deposited 400$ to receive max. bonus), bit I managed to finish it with small profit :)
They have many deposit and withdrawal methods, but I almost always make my deposits/withdrawals with MoneyBookers. So, I withdrew. And money hit my account next day! And no documents were required!
As for their Customer Service, they always were very fast with replies, professional and ready-to-help!
I'm sure, that BWin is on top of Service!
