I played at Bodog six or seven months ago. I didn't take a bonus, and played with my own money. In spite of they have many deposit methods (Maestro, Switch, Solo, and Delta Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Click2Pay, and NETeller) I was quite dissatisfied with their min. 20$ limit for any deposit. As for withdrawals, they have stupid rule about 20$ fee for withdrawals.
As for customer support, I need to say that they were easy-to-catch, friendly and professional. Few issues were raised with them. All were solved quickly. Way to go for that!
They use software from Real Time Gaming, so it was easy to play here (I prefer RTG casinos). I tried both Flash and Download versions and had no problems here. Only few times I saw a 'freeze' of their software and only game reload helped.
Well, it definitely worth playing here, but they far from being very good online casino...
